Feeding in dry climates

Feeding in dry climates

When feeding your furfam in dry climates (deserts, at altitude, in winter, etc.) it is important to ensure that they are getting sufficient water.

As Boulder is a dry climate, we add between 1-2 ounces of water for every 8 ounces of food depending on the season mixed into their dinners.

This is in addition to ensuring there is always clean fresh water available for them to drink.
